If you’ve got a princess on your hands, this DIY stroller costume is the perfect one for you. With a yard or two of tulle, a couple strings of battery powered LED lights, and some ribbon you can transform your stroller into a carriage fit for a princess. For our princess, we used scotch tape to hold the tulle onto the Outback and wrapped the lights around the tulle. The pockets inside the stroller worked perfectly to hide the battery packs on the LED lights.

Free Puppies Costume
This DIY stroller costume is easy enough that even the most beginner DIY parent can accomplish it! All you need is a puppy costume, a few stuffed (or real!) friends, and a cardboard sign. Just be sure that the neighbors don’t try to steal any of the ridiculously adorable puppies! For our cute cuddly puppy, we added some ears on an elastic string and gave him a black nose with an eyeliner pencil. Easy to make and easy to wash off after trick-or-treating all night.
This costume works great for both genders and is something the whole family can get in on! Brother or sister can dress up as a puppy as well, or as a dog catcher depending on their mood! If you have a double stroller add in a few more cuddly puppies to make this costume even more delightful.
