After we got deliviered a broken trailer the second time Customer service told us that they cant just keep sending us new trailers so we can either get 100 dollars off and keep a broken trailer or get a refund and have no trailer at all. We really just wanted a trailer that is in perfect shape and not just keep a broken one for less money.

This product is so amazing I can’t say enough good things about it.
Some features that are worth mentioning:
-VERY easy set up.
-HUGE storage compartment.
-Cup holders
-Rubber mat at the feet so when in muddy areas and your little ones want to get out and adventure it’s easy clean up… just hose off the mat!
-Theres a shade that rolls up but also allows you to see your child.
-Seat belt is soft and adjustable!
-A VERY smooth ride. I don’t think my little one felt any bumps at all along the ride.
-Not only is it a trailer for a bike but also can be used as a stroller. It’s very spacious and easy to maneuver!
This stores very easily too. When I am done using it, I take the two big wheels off (that literally detatch at the push of a button) and then I put the wheels inside the carriage and store it! Very compact! The hitch also stores so easily!
If you are considering buying this product, DO IT! It’s great for outdoorsy adventures and also for a walk around the block or at a park! I can’t wait to go on more adventures with my Hamax!
