Secures to a pre-installed cargo/luggage/carrier rack with a dual-spring suspension adapter, fitting racks 120-180 mm wide with a minimum 55-pound capacity. Its innovative twist-closure design allows for tool-free installation and dismounting to transfer between bikes (with rack). Anti-theft lock and keys included. This style accommodates e-bikes, carbon or non-standard frames with an installed cargo/luggage/carrier rack. Fits Hamax Caress model rear child bike seats. -
The Extra Bar for Small Frames is for frame mounted Caress models that need a little extra lift. Bikes with smaller geometry or a top bar that drops down may need this extra bar for proper seat placement over the back tire. The extra bar lifts the seat approximately 4 inches and lengthens the seat placement by approximately 3 inches. -
The frame mount kit is perfect for families who originally purchased a rack-mounted Caress and would now like to use their seat with the frame mount style. This kit includes all the pieces you need to easily switch from rack to frame mounting your Caress child bike seat. Just pull the pin to release the Carrier Adapter, slide in the metal bow and replace with the eccentric pin. Then mount the lockable bracket to your bike and you'll be ready to Enjoy The Ride. -

Ensure your child’s head is supported and comfortable at all times with the Hamax Neck Cushion. Soft and thickly padded, the Neck Cushion is specially designed to attach securely to the harness straps on Hamax child bike seats, allowing it to remain in place during your bike ride. -
The A-Head Bracket Mount for the Hamax Observer child bike seat requires only 1/2 inch of clearance. It should be used on threadless headsets or any stems that have less than 2 inches of clearance. The A-Head Bracket requires removal of the handlebars to install. We highly recommend that the bracket is mounted by a trained bike technician or bike shop. Please read the assembly manual carefully. The Observer easily installs onto one side of the bracket. At this time, the optional Windshield accessory does not fit onto the A-Head Bracket. Acquiring an extra bracket for the Observer allows you to easily transfer the seat between bikes. -
